RiverPlace Marina features the best of all cruising worlds. Whichever direction you decide to go, you will be delighted with all of the changing scenery that the Fox River, Green Bay, and The Great Lakes waterways have to offer.

Once you leave your slip in our protected basin, head north and you will be on the bay of Green Bay within 45 minutes. From there, your options are endless. Explore the beautiful ports of Door County such as Sturgeon Bay, Egg Harbor, or Fish Creek (to name a few). Your voyage is limitless!

If warm, protected waters are what you are looking for, head south from the RiverPlace basin and cruise the scenic shoreline of the Fox River. In spring and fall, the air temperature around this part of the river can average over 10 degrees warmer than the air temperature close to or on Green Bay. There are sights to see, restaurants to dine at, places to swim and ski, etc. The Fox River is perfect for a sunset cruise or a day trip.

The Fox River locks are in the process of being refurbished and/or replaced. In a few years, it will once again be possible to travel the Fox River from Green Bay all the way to Oshkosh. This will be an excellent way to cruise hundreds of miles of shoreline while staying in protected calm waters.

Whether you are looking for a large-scale voyage or a short day trip, RiverPlace allows you multiple ports, waterways, and climates that will meet and exceed your cruising goals and expectations.

Enjoy your cruise!
